How to complete a workout

Workouts are automatically marked complete with a checkmark once they are viewed at least up until the cool down. Stack on workouts (5-15min) do not have a cool down and need to be viewed until the end.

To manually mark a workout as complete/incomplete see the article How to edit workouts on your calendar.

Two types of workouts

It is important to understand that there are two types of workouts in the app:

  1. Program workouts: appear on your calendar when you join a program
  2. Individual workouts: are accessed from the individual workout library

Completing program workouts

Program workouts are marked as complete when:

  1. The program is joined
  2. They are accessed from the calendar, home or program details page
  3. They are viewed at least until the cool down

⚠️If you complete a program workout without joining the program first, it will be marked as a completed individual workout and will not count towards your program progress!!!

Completing individual workouts

Individual workouts are marked as complete when:

  1. They are accessed from the individual workout library
  2. They are viewed at least until the cool down

To manually mark a workout as complete/incomplete see the article How to edit workouts on your calendar.
