Your Fitness Profile
Your Fitness Profile provides an overview of your insights, workout history, goals and achievements. You can access it anytime by selecting your avatar icon at the top of the screen. This article highlights the features of your fitness profile and provides instructions on how to make it your own.

Insights
A summary of your achievements and goals:

- Weekly goal: See how many times you have reached your personal weekly goal.
- Workouts completed: An ongoing count of the number of workouts you have completed since joining the app
- Programs completed: An ongoing count of the number of programs you have completed since joining the app
- Achievement earned: A count of the number of achievements you have earned
Workout history
View a chronological list of all of the workouts and activities you have completed by selecting View workout history in your fitness profile.

Each card will display the workout or activity name, date completed, duration and be labeled as a program workout or My activity when applicable.
- Select the bookmark icon to save to a collection
- Select the action menu to add to calendar or delete an individual workout or my activity.
⚠️ Deleting a workout or my activity from the workout history will remove it from the calendar and workout counts
Goals & Motivation
- Update your weekly goal by selecting the edit icon in your Fitness profile. Changes will be immediate and affect the current week and onwards.
- Add personal inspiration by selecting Write your own motivation.

Achievements
Achievements celebrate your milestones and keep you motivated. View the ones you have earned and explore what else there is to work towards.

Earned achievements
- Earned achievements will show as highlighted icons
- Select the achievements you have already earned to view sharing options
Locked achievements
- Achievements that are not yet earned will be faded.
- Select locked achievements to learn how to earn them
