Frequently asked questions
How many workouts should I do each week?
This varies by person, but we always recommend at least one rest day. You can adjust your weekly goal anytime by selecting the edit icon in your Fitness Profile
Can I work out every day?
Heather recommends at least one recovery day each week. Daily training can lead to overtraining, injury risk, and burnout. Rest helps your body repair and come back stronger.
💡 Learn more about training frequency in Heather’s Training Foundations Guide.
How do I find my workout history?
In your fitness profile, scroll down and select View Completed Workouts. You’ll see a list of every workout you’ve completed, including the date you finished it.
