Using your calendar
Your calendar is where all your workouts—whether part of a program or chosen individually—are scheduled, tracked, and updated. This article explains the different types of workouts, how they behave on the calendar, and what you can (and cannot) do with them.

Viewing your calendar
The calendar displays a monthly view of all scheduled workouts and activities. You can access it anytime by selecting the calendar icon from the main navigation menu.

Types of workouts
It is important to understand that there are different types of workouts found on your calendar.
- Program workouts: are automatically added to your calendar when you join a program
- Individual workouts: are accessed from the individual workout library. Learn more about individual workouts
- My activity: Activities you have manually added to your schedule that are outside of the app. Learn more about My Activities.

Individual workouts
From the calendar they:
- Can be deleted
- Can be rescheduled to any day
- Can be marked complete or incomplete
Individual workouts can appear on your calendar in two ways:
- Scheduled Individual workouts: You scheduled and added them to the calendar from the individual workout library.
- Unscheduled Individual workouts: If you play and complete a workout from the workout library, without scheduling, it will automatically be added to your calendar as completed for the date you finished it.
Program workouts
From the calendar they:
- Cannot be deleted
- Can be rescheduled to any day
- Can be marked complete or incomplete (while the program is still active)
Program workouts will automatically be added to your calendar when you join a program.
My activities
From the calendar they:
- Can be deleted
- Can be rescheduled to any day
- Can be marked complete or incomplete
- Can be edited

Editing workout completion
Mark a workout as complete:
- Select the day the workout is scheduled
- Select the action menu (⋮)
- Choose Mark complete
- Enter completion date
- Save changes

Mark a workout as incomplete:
- Select the day the workout is scheduled
- Select the action menu (⋮)
- Choose Mark incomplete
📝 Editing workout completion updates your workout history, streaks, badges, and activity tracking immediately.
⚠️ Completed or paused programs cannot have their workouts marked incomplete

Rescheduling workouts
You can reschedule any workout on your calendar using the action menu (⋮). Select Reschedule and enter the date you want to move it to.

Workouts and activities:
- Can be moved to any day (past or future)
- Can be moved whether complete or incomplete
- Rescheduling does not change any tracking except the date

Deleting workouts
Individual workouts and my activities can be deleted from your calendar by using the action menu (⋮). Select Delete and confirm

Deletion effects:
- Workout is removed from the calendar immediately
- Workout is removed from your activity history
- Achievements and counts update instantly
- Deletion cannot be undone
- If needed again, you must re-schedule or re-complete the workout manually
📝 Note: Program Workouts cannot be deleted at any time, active or not
