Can I schedule multiple workouts per day?

Yes, you can schedule multiple workouts of any type on the same day.


Can I undo a deletion?

No. Once deleted, a workout must be re-scheduled or re-completed to show up on the calendar.


If I complete a workout early, what happens?

It automatically moves to the day you completed it and is marked as complete.


Does moving a program workout mess up the program order?

No. Calendar order has no effect on the structured program order.


Why can’t I mark this workout incomplete?

It’s likely from a program that has already ended or been completed.


How does my calendar change when I complete a scheduled workout

If you watch a scheduled workout up to the cool down marker or to 100% completion, it will:

  • Automatically be marked complete
  • Automatically move to today in your calendar
  • Update your activity, badges, and goals immediately

If you only start the video and do not reach the cool down:

  • Nothing changes
  • The workout stays on its scheduled day
  • It is not marked complete

How does my calendar change when I complete an unscheduled workout

If you open a workout from the Individual workout library, without scheduling it, and watch it up to the cool down marker or to 100% completion:

  • It is added to your calendar automatically
  • It is marked complete for today
  • It appears just like any other completed individual workout
  • You can edit, move, or delete it afterward

How does my calendar change when I end or complete programs?

If a program is completed or paused:

Completed workouts from that program:

  • Remain on your calendar with the program tag
  • Can be moved
  • Cannot be marked incomplete
  • Cannot be deleted

If a program is ended before it is completed:

Completed workouts from that program:

  • Show up as individual workouts on your calendar
  • The program tags will be removed
  • Can be marked incomplete, moved or deleted
