Why isn't my workout marked as complete?

The most common cause of program workouts not being marked complete is that the program has not been joined, and if it was, the workout video was accessed from the individual workout library instead of the program workout library, calendar, or home.

The easiest workaround for any workouts that aren’t marked as complete are to manually edit them.

What equipment do I need?

For workouts, you’ll see what equipment is needed on the workout details page

You'll find specific weight recommendations in the workout descriptions and can learn more about Choosing The Right Weights in the Training Foundations Guide.

What weights should I use?

Dumbbells are referenced as light, medium and heavy. The weight recommendations for each workout are listed in the workout description on the workout details page. When viewing a video, the dumbbells needed for each exercise are noted on the exercise previews before they start.

How do I find my workout history?

To check your workout history, tap your avatar at the top of the screen to open your fitness profile, then scroll down and select “View Completed Workouts.” You’ll see a list of every workout you’ve completed.

What if I can't do a certain exercise?

You know your body best! Modify any exercise that doesn’t feel right for you. You can find modifications of many exercise in the Training Foundations Low-Impact Modifications module or Form & Function Guide

How difficult are the workouts?

The workouts are designed to be adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities. You can adjust the intensity, weight, or exercise variation based on your current strength, experience, and available equipment.

Do I have to do the warmup and cool down?

It is always recommended to ensure your muscles are warmed up before a sesh and that you give them time to wind down afterwards. If you are already warmed up, go ahead and hit the "Skip Warm Up" button at the bottom of the player screen when you start the video.

Once the cool down starts, you can end your session - the workout will still be marked as complete.

What Are Stack-On Workouts?

Stack-on workouts are short add-on videos you can combine with your main session to target specific muscle groups or extend your workout.

After completing a workout, the app may also suggest stack-ons based on your session.

📝 Note: Workouts that are 15 minutes or less do not include a warm up or cool down
