Two Types of Workouts: Individual & Program

Individual workouts

These come from the workouts library.

  • Can be deleted
  • Can be moved to any day
  • Can be marked complete or incomplete

Individual workouts can appear on your calendar in two ways:

A. Scheduled Individual workouts

You manually pick a date to add them to the calendar.

B. Unscheduled Individual workouts

If you play and complete a workout from the workout library, without scheduling, it will automatically be added to your calendar as completed for the date you finished it.

Program workouts

These appear on your calendar when you join a program.

  • Cannot be deleted
  • Can be moved to any day
  • Can be marked complete or incomplete (while the program is still active)
  • Always appear in their original order inside the Program view, even if you move them on the calendar

What Happens When Watching Scheduled Workouts

If you watch a scheduled workout up to the cooldown marker or to 100% completion, it will:

For both Program and Individual workouts:

  • Automatically be marked complete
  • Automatically move to today
  • Update your activity, badges, and streaks immediately

If you only start the video and do not reach the cooldown:

  • Nothing changes
  • The workout stays on its scheduled day
  • It is not marked complete

What Happens When Watching Unscheduled Workouts

If you open an Individual Workout from the library without scheduling it and watch it to completion:

  1. It is added to your calendar automatically
  2. It is marked complete for today
  3. It appears just like any other completed workout
  4. You can edit, move, or delete it afterward
