My Activities
Want to do a workout or activity from outside the app? You can log it in the app and have it count toward your weekly goal and achievements. This article covers how to add, view, and manage My Activity.

What is My activity?
My activity is any workout or session you do outside the app - a walk, a run, a gym session, a YouTube video, a yoga class, or anything else! You can log it in the app so it appears on your calendar and counts toward your goals and achievements.
These activities appear with a MY ACTIVITY label and unique icon, making them visually distinct from your program and individual workouts.

💡Tip: If you entered a link to your activity an icon will appear on the activity card. Select it to open it in a new window.

How to add an activity
You can add an activity for any date - past, present, or future.
To add an activity from your calendar:
- Select any day on your calendar to open the detailed day view.
- Select + Add activity
- Enter the activity details
- Save changes
To add an activity from anywhere in the app:
- Select + from the main navigation
- Enter the activity details
- Save changes

Entering activity details:
- Date: the default is today’s date. Select the calendar icon to choose a different date.
- Activity: select your activity type from the dropdown menu. If you don't see your activity listed choose 'Other'
- Completion: mark the activity complete if you have already completed it
- Duration: enter the length of the activity in hours and minutes
- Workout link: (optional) paste a link to an external workout video or resource (e.g., a YouTube URL).
- Notes: (optional) add any details about the session (e.g., weights used, pace, location).
- Select Save activity
💡 Tip: You can log activities on past dates - useful if you forgot to log a session earlier in the week.

Viewing an activity
Select the activity icon from your calendar or My schedule to view more details.

The Activity details view shows:
- Activity name
- Duration
- Notes - anything you added when creating
- Go to activity - selecting this will open the external link that you added
- Cancel - return to the previous page
📝 Note: Go to activity only appears when an external link has been saved to the activity. If no link was added, only Cancel is shown.

Editing a activity
To manage an activity, select the action menu (⋮) on the activity card in your schedule or calendar.
The following options are available:
- Save to collection — save this activity to your one of your collections
- Reschedule — move the activity to a different date
- Mark incomplete / Mark complete — toggle the completion status
- Edit details — update any field from the original form: date, activity type, duration, workout link, or notes
- Delete — permanently remove the activity from your calendar and schedule

To edit a logged activity:
- Select Edit details.
- Update any fields as needed.
- Select Save changes.
⚠️ Warning: Deleting an activity is permanent and cannot be undone. If the activity counted toward your weekly goal, removing it may affect your progress for that week.

Frequently asked questions
Does my activity count toward my weekly goal? Yes, my activities count as completed workouts toward your weekly goal, total workouts and achievements. They do not count towards program progression.
Can I log an activity for a date in the past? Yes. Select the calendar icon in the date field to choose any past date. The activity will appear on that date in your calendar.
Can I log more than one activity on the same day? You can log as many activities as you like on any single day. All will appear in that day’s calendar view and each will count as a completed workout once finished.
What happens if I log an activity on a day I already completed a workout? Both appear on your calendar and both count as completed workouts for that day. Your totals are updated to include all activity.
Can I add my activity to a collection? You can - select the banner icon on any activity in My Schedule to Save it to a collection.
