My schedule
Your at-a-glance view of everything coming up. The My schedule section shows your upcoming workouts in one scrollable carousel. This article covers how to read your schedule, manage planned workouts, and access your full calendar.

Understanding your schedule
The My schedule section shows upcoming scheduled workouts and activities without having to leave your homepage. Use the arrows to move between dates or scroll through on a mobile device. All types of workouts appear here together: program sessions, individually scheduled workouts, and any of your activities you've logged. Each card shows the workout name, the scheduled date, and a label so you can see what type it is at a glance.

- Scheduled workouts: The most current sessions from your calendar appear in chronological order with the scheduled date shown on each card.
- Program workouts: if you've joined a program, the related workouts will with appear with the program name and date (e.g., POWER - DAY 02)
- My Activities: activities that are outside of the app and scheduled into your calendar will also display in My Schedule. They will appear with a MY ACTIVITY label.
Explore workouts: If you have less than five planned workouts you will see an Explore workouts card at the end of the row that takes you to the full workout library where you can keep building your schedule
My schedule shows your next 10 planned workouts. To see your complete week, plan ahead, or review past activity, select View calendar in the top right of the My schedule section. Learn more about Using your Calendar

Managing My schedule
You can manage your schedule directly from My schedule without going anywhere else. Select the action menu - the three-dot icon on any card - to reschedule it, mark it complete or incomplete, save it to a collection, or edit the details of a your activities.

Select the Action menu ( ⋮ ) to manage that workout. The following options are available:
- Save to collection: save this workout to one of your collections for easy access later.
- Reschedule: change the date this workout is scheduled for
- Mark complete / Mark incomplete: toggle the completion status of a workout
- Edit details: update the details of a My activity (activity type, duration, notes, or external link). *Edit details is only available for My activities* Learn more about My Activities.
- Delete: remove the workout from your schedule entirely. *Program workouts cannot be deleted.*
⚠️ Warning: Deleting a workout from your schedule removes it permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Frequently asked questions
Why don’t I see any workouts in My schedule?
If My schedule is empty, you haven’t added any workouts yet. Select Explore workouts or browse Programs and Workouts in the main navigation.
Can I reorder my scheduled workouts?
Workouts are displayed in order of date. To change the schedule, use Reschedule on any workout card to move it to a different date.
What’s the difference between My schedule and the full calendar?
My schedule is a quick-glance on your homepage showing up to 10 upcoming workouts. The full calendar (accessed via View calendar) shows the complete month view for planning and reviewing all activity.
Why is a workout greyed out with a ‘Coming’ label? This is a future program workout that isn’t available yet. These Program workouts will become available on the scheduled date shown on the label.
