Your homepage is your central hub–a clear, streamlined view of what you’ve accomplished and what’s coming up next. Everything you need to stay consistent and complete your workouts lives right here. In this article, we’ll walk through the key features and show you how to make the most of them.

Quick access to key features and functions are available anytime through the main navigation bar, found at the top of your screen.

From right to left:

  1. Main menu
    1. Access account settings
    2. Reach the Help centre and support articles
    3. Logout
  2. Fitness profile - view insights, workout history, goals and achievements
  3. Notifications - read about app updates, community engagement and achievements
  4. Calendar - view and manage your workout schedule in a monthly view
  5. Collections - access your saved content
  6. Add activity - add your own activity to the schedule
  7. Recipes - view the recipe library
  8. Guides - view the guides library
  9. Programs - view the programs library
  10. Home - view your homepage

Program card

What you see here depends on where you are in your journey.

If you haven't joined a program yet, this area shows you the programs currently available. You can scroll through them, read a short overview, and join one directly from here

Once you've joined a program, this card updates to show your current program with your progress and a button to start your next session. Just select it and you're straight into your workout - no searching needed.

Insights

A quick summary of all your hard work.

  • This week: See the number of workouts you’ve done this week and how many are left to reach your goal. The week resets each Saturday at 11:59pm local. Update your goal in your fitness profile
  • Weekly Goal: See how many times you have reached your personal weekly goal.
  • Workouts completed: An ongoing count of the number of workouts you have completed since joining the app
  • Minutes worked: Cumulative minutes spent working out since joining the app
