Getting started with the HR App

Hello and welcome to the HR app! I’m so glad you’re here. This online experience allows you to access exclusive content you won’t find anywhere else - including new follow along programs, efficient and stackable workouts, video based learning guides and healthy recipes. You’ll be able to easily schedule workouts, track progress, and earn achievements as you crush your goals one sweat sesh at a time. Let’s dive in!


This article will help guide you through the steps of checking out a few of the key features of the app. It's a perfect place to start if you're new and want to make the most of your first week.

  1. Find and schedule your first workout
  2. View your calendar and manage your schedule
  3. Join a program
  4. Check out your homepage
  5. Update your profile


Step One: Find & schedule your first workout

Browse workouts by length, type, and preferences then schedule one that fits your day. Scheduling helps turn good intentions into consistent habits!


  1. Visit the workouts library
  2. Select the filter menu, choose your options, and click show workouts
  3. View the filtered results
  4. From the workout card select the action menu (⋮) and add to calendar to schedule the workout

Step Two: View your calendar and manage your schedule

Your calendar keeps track of all scheduled and completed workouts. This is where you can see your progress at a glance and stay on track.


  1. Select the calendar icon at the top of your screen to view your schedule.
  2. Select the workout you just added
  3. Select the action menu (⋮)
  4. Then mark it complete
  5. And then mark it incomplete.
  6. Try to reschedule it to a different date

Step Three: Join a program

Programs give you a clear plan to follow, taking the guesswork out of what to do each day. Programs need to be joined in order to show up on your calendar.


  1. Visit the Programs library or your Homepage
  2. Choose a program
  3. Select Join program
  4. Choose your start day and create your schedule
  5. Visit your calendar and view your program schedule
  6. Select your first scheduled workout and get started!

Step Four: Check out your Homepage

Your Homepage shows you everything you need to get started and stay on track.


  1. Select Home
  2. Find quick access to the next workout in the program you have joined
  3. See what’s coming up in the My Schedule section

Step Five: Update your profile


Upload a profile image

  1. From the main menu select Settings
  2. Select the camera icon in your Account
  3. Choose a profile picture - others will see this when you leave or react to comments

Update your personal motivation

  1. Select your avatar at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Write your motivation
  3. Type your personal words of encouragement
  4. Select Save changes
