Do I need to download an app?
You do not need to download an app to your device. The Heather Robertson App is a web-based app that you can access from a web browser on any device. Simply sign up or login at app.heatherrobertson.com.

Can I use the app without internet?
A reliable internet connection is required to access the app. Videos are not able to be downloaded.
Is the app available in other languages?
Since the app is web-based, the text can be translated to other languages using Google Chrome.
Learn how to add translated closed captioning to the guide videos.
Will the app work on my device?
We want you to have the smoothest experience possible, so as the app evolves, we do have a few minimum requirements. The good news? Most modern devices are good to go!

What if my device isn't on the list?
If your device falls below the minimum requirements, you may run into performance issues or features that don't work as expected. If you're unsure whether your device is compatible, reach out to our support team and we'll help you figure it out!
Content Questions
Will Heather still have content on YouTube?
Heather will continue to post free workout videos on her YouTube channel from time to time and all past programs and workouts will remain accessible on YouTube for free. New programs will be exclusive to the app.

Where can I find the monthly calendars?
When you join a program in the app, your workout schedule will automatically be added to your calendar. If you prefer not to follow a program but still love having your workout chosen for you each day be sure to check out Heather’s daily pick on your home page.
Heather no longer offers monthly calendars that incorporate her YouTube videos. Instead she encourages YouTube followers to take advantage her library of free structured program calendars that you can find at heatherrobertson.com/resources. These programs calendars are independent of the app.
Where can I find Heather's previous programs?
Heather's previous YouTube program playlists and PDF downloads, including HR12Week 1.0-5.0, are accessible at heatherrobertson.com/resources. You can then add them as my activities in the app.

Will there be more content added to the app?
Absolutely! Heather will continue to create new content for the app - programs, workouts, guides and recipes to keep things fresh.
Be sure to subscribe to Heather's socials and email newsletter to stay up to date on future content releases.
Will Heather's YouTube workouts be added to the app?
Heather’s YouTube videos remain separate from the app, however you are able to track and plan all of them in the app by entering them as my activities. These activities will also count toward your workout goals, progress and achievements.
