Programs Overview
Programs are structured plans designed by Heather to guide you through a series of workouts over a set number of days or weeks. They’re ideal for staying on track, building consistency, and progressing with purpose.
Program Library
The program library is where you can view the different programs offered. You can sort programs by the most recent or by length.
Program Cards
Program cards show a brief description of the program, the duration of the program, total number of workouts, and length of the workouts. You can quickly save programs to a collection using the bookmark icon or click on the card for more details.
New programs will be added to this page, and you will receive a notification when a new one launches.
Program Details Page
The program details page is where you’ll find the important information about a specific program. Here, you can view the duration and frequency of the program, the equipment required, as well as view the program workouts. This is where you join a program.
You can leave comments, save the program to a collection or share it . You can also access a downloadable PDF program calendar.
