Programs Overview
Programs are structured plans designed by Heather to guide you through a series of workouts over a set number of days or weeks. They’re ideal for staying on track, building consistency, and progressing with purpose.
Program Library
The program library is where you can view the different programs offered. New programs will be added to this page, and you will receive a notification when a new one launches.
- You can sort programs by the most recent or by length.
Program Cards
Program cards show
- A brief description of the program
- The duration of the program
- Total number of workouts
- Length of the workouts.
Quickly save programs to a collection using the bookmark icon or click on the card for more details.
Program Details Page
The program details page is where you join a program.
It is also where you will find the important information about a specific program.
On it, you can:
- View the duration and frequency of the program
- View the equipment required,
- View the program workouts in a weekly or all workouts view.
- Leave comments
- Save the program to a collection
- Share it with other members
- Access a downloadable PDF program calendar.
