How do I reschedule a workout?

  1. Head to your calendar by selecting the calendar icon at the top of your screen, or by going into your fitness profile
  2. Select the day of the workout you’d like to reschedule
  3. Select the edit icon on the workout you are looking to change
  4. Ender the new date, save changes


⚠️ Workouts that have already been completed, can not be edited

⚠️Workouts can be reschedule to the current day or any future date. Retroactively adding a completed workout to the calendar is not available. </aside>
