Calendar overview

Your calendar is a key part of your fitness profile—designed to keep you organized, consistent, and in control. Access it any time by selecting the calendar icon at the top of your screen.


It shows all your scheduled workouts in one place, so you always know what’s coming up. If you do an unscheduled workout on a whim, you’ll see it gets added to your calendar so you have a visual of all of your hard work.


You can navigate between monthly views or select a specific day to see your scheduled workouts. To view the workouts you have completed in the past, select the "View Completed Workouts".


You’ll notice workouts that are part of a joined program include the program name in the daily view, where individual workouts will not.


In your calendar you can see completed workouts are shown as solid number and any incomplete workouts as an outlined number. The duration of the workout is noted beside it. When you complete more than one workout in a day, the total quantity and duration will be displayed
