How do I schedule and complete workouts?

Scheduling and completing individual workouts



Adding Workouts

Add a workout directly to your workout schedule by

  1. Selecting the calendar icon on any card OR
  2. Selecting the “add to calendar button” on the workout details page.
  3. From here, you can use the calendar selector to choose your desired day.

Workouts can be scheduled for the current day or a future date.

Retroactively adding a completed workout to the calendar is not available.


Program workouts vs individual workouts


  1. Workouts can either be associated with a program OR
  2. They can be completed as individual workouts on their own from the workout library.

In the calendar, workouts related to a joined program will have the name of the program beside them

Individual programs do not show an associated program, and will not count towards a program’s progress.
