How do I schedule a workout?

You can add a workout directly to your workout schedule by selecting the calendar icon on any card or selecting the “add to calendar button” on the workout details page. From here, you can use the calendar selector to choose your desired day.

Workouts can be scheduled for the current day or a future date. Retroactively adding a completed workout to the calendar is not available.

💡 Workouts can be associated with a program, or they can be accessed as individual workouts from the workout library. In the calendar view, you will see workouts that are part of a joined program are labeled as such. Individual programs do not show an associated program, and will not count towards a program’s progress.
