Scheduling and completing individual workouts
Adding Workouts
Add a workout directly to your workout schedule by
- Selecting the calendar icon on any card OR
- Selecting the “add to calendar button” on the workout details page.
- From here, you can use the calendar selector to choose your desired day.

Workouts can be scheduled for the current day or a future date.
Retroactively adding a completed workout to the calendar is not available.
Program workouts vs individual workouts
- Workouts can either be associated with a program OR
- They can be completed as individual workouts on their own from the workout library.
In the calendar, workouts related to a joined program will have the name of the program beside them
Individual programs do not show an associated program, and will not count towards a program’s progress.
