How do I join a program?

Joining a program

  1. Select a program from the program library
  2. Select Join Program
  3. Select your desired start date
  4. If needed, adjust your preferred workout days
  5. Select Next to read tips about adjusting difficulty and program completion
  6. Select Start Program

‼️ Important note: Workouts that are accessed from the workout library will not count towards the progress of your program.

Once you have joined a program, you can view and access your program workouts from:

  1. Your calendar
  2. The homepage
  3. The program details page

Once you've joined a program, its workouts will show up your calendar for easy access and planning.

Workouts that are part of a program will include the program name next to them.

Workouts that are not part of a program will not have a program name next to them.

Now that you've joined a program, your homepage will display the program and a weekly view of the workouts.

Select Start workout to start the next workout in the program.

❗ Important note: if you have not joined a program before completing it, it will count as regular workout, and not contribute to any program progress.

  • Scroll down on the program details page to access the workouts.
  • You can view workouts one week at a time or an overview of them all.
