How do I join a program?

Joining a Program

  1. Select a program from the Program Library Program
  2. From the Program Details Page select Join Program
  3. Set your program schedule
    1. Use the calendar to enter your desired start date
    2. If needed, adjust the days of the week you prefer to workout
  4. Select “Next” to read tips on Difficulty and Program completion
  5. Select "Start Program"

Accessing Program Workouts

‼️ Workouts that are accessed from the Workout Library will NOT count towards the progress of your Program


Once you have joined a program, you can view and access your program workouts from:


  1. Your calendar

    All of the workouts that are included will be visible in your calendar for easy access and planning. You’ll notice workouts that are part of a joined program include the program name in the daily view, where individual workouts will not have a program name next to them.


  1. The home page
  • From here, you can view all the program workouts
  • Select “Start or Continue Program” to start the next workout.

  1. The program details page:
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the Program Details page to access the workouts.
  • You can view one week at a time or see an overview of all the workouts at once.
