How do I join a program?

Joining a program
- Select a program from the program library
- Select Join Program
- Select your desired start date
- If needed, adjust your preferred workout days
- Select Next to read tips about adjusting difficulty and program completion
- Select Start Program
Completing program based workouts
‼️ Important note: Workouts that are accessed from the workout library will not count towards the progress of your program.
Once you have joined a program, you can view and access your program workouts from:
- Your calendar
- The homepage
- The program details page
Completing program workouts from your calendar
Once you've joined a program, its workouts will show up your calendar for easy access and planning.
Workouts that are part of a program will include the program name next to them.
Workouts that are not part of a program will not have a program name next to them.

Now that you've joined a program, your homepage will display the program and a weekly view of the workouts.
Select Start workout to start the next workout in the program.

❗ Important note: if you have not joined a program before completing it, it will count as regular workout, and not contribute to any program progress.
- Scroll down on the program details page to access the workouts.
- You can view workouts one week at a time or an overview of them all.
