How do workouts get marked as complete?


  1. Workouts are marked complete when the video player reaches the cool down marker.
  2. They will show with a checkmark and your overall program progress will update.

đź‘€ Remember: You must first Join a program in order for program workouts to count towards your progress. If you complete them without joining the program, they will be marked as individual workouts.

Accessing a program workout


  1. Once you've joined a program, you can access a program workout directly from the home screen, the program details page or your calendar.
  2. You will notice that, in the calendar view, workouts associated with a joined program will have the name beside it—individual workouts will not.

‼️ To start a workout that is part of the program you joined, you need to access it either from your homepage, the program page or your calendar. Workouts that are accessed from the Workout Library will NOT count towards the progress of your Program
