What if I miss a workout?
Not to worry, you can get back on track! You have two choices:
Reschedule the missed workout from your calendar to any day that works for you
- Select the missed workout
- Select the three dot action menu
- Choose Reschedule
- Enter the date you would like to move it to
or
Bulk reschedule to maintain the program order:
- Go to your Homepage
- Select Edit Program
- Select Edit schedule
- Enter a new start date.
- Adjust workout days (optional)
- Save changes: This will shift all incomplete workouts. Previously completed workouts will remain unchanged.
Can I skip or reschedule workouts?
Yes - you can reschedule program workouts. Head to your calendar or Homepage, select the workout and reschedule it using the action menu. Programs are designed to be completed as designed, but you can do them in a different order if needed. However, to complete the program you must complete all related workouts, so you will need to reschedule any that you missed.

Can I repeat a program?
Yes, absolutely! Every program can be repeated as many times as you like. Just go to the program details page and select Join Program.
Can I do more than one program at a time?
Currently, only one program can be done at a time. Heather recommends completing one program at a time to avoid burnout, maintain training balance, and get consistent results. If you want to add extra workouts during a program, you can add them to your calendar individually from the workout library.
If you try to join a second program, you’ll see a message explaining you already have an active program and that you must end your current program to start another.
Which is the right program for me?
There’s no “one perfect answer.” The right program depends on your goals, fitness level and the time you have. You can learn more about each program on its details page or in the Program overview articles to discover which program sounds like a good fit for you!
Why is my program progress wrong?
If your Homepage is showing the wrong workout in the "Start Day XX" button, it means that there are some workouts that were not marked as complete when they were finished. This can be easily corrected by manually marking it complete.
Locate the workout day that is shown on the "Start Day XX" button in your calendar. (Incomplete workouts will show as an outlined number while complete show as a filled in number.) Select the three dot action menu to mark as complete. Repeat this for any other workouts that are needed. Your homepage will then update to say "Start Day [your current workout]".
Why hasn't my program been marked as complete?
Start by heading to your homepage
- Are all of the program workouts marked as complete?
- Have you officially joined the program?
If all of the program workouts were not marked as complete
Head to your calendar and find the program workout(s) that appears as an outlined number and click on that day. Select the three dot menu and mark it as complete. Repeat this for any program workouts that were not marked as complete. This should trigger your program completion. (You will also see that the first missed workout will display on the “Start day XX” button on your homepage)
If the program was not joined prior to starting the workouts:
In order for the app to track your program progress, you have to officially join the program before getting started. If you did not join the program before starting the program will not show as joined on your Homepage.
