How to edit, pause, and end programs



Life doesn’t always follow a schedule. That’s why programs are flexible and fully adjustable. This guide explains how you can edit, pause, continue or end a program to better fit your fitness journey.

How to edit a program schedule

Life happens, and plans change. You can edit your program schedule or move individual workouts.


  1. Go to Home or Programs
  2. Select Edit program
  3. Select Edit schedule
  4. Edit the days to suit your schedule. Any completed workouts will remain unchanged.
  5. Save changes - your calendar will automatically update

How to pause a program

If you need a break due to travel, illness, or a busy schedule, you can pause your program.

  1. Go to Home or Programs
  2. Select Edit program
  3. Select Pause program
  4. Confirm and select Pause program

You'll be able to come back to this program and continue where you left off


What happens to the completed workouts when you pause a program?

How to continue a program

When you’re ready to come back to a program, you can pick up right where you left off.


  1. Go to Programs, find the paused program you would like to continue
  2. Select Continue program
  3. Edit your schedule
  4. The program workouts will be added back to your calendar according to the previous schedule

How to end a program

Not feeling the connection? You can choose to end a program at any point.


  1. Go to Home or Programs
  2. Select Edit program
  3. Select End Now

⚠️ If you end your program, your program progress will be lost.

You will still be able to see your watched videos under "Completed workouts" in your profile. Any completed workouts will stay on your calendar and count towards your workout activity.
