Can I work out every day of the week?

Heather recommends at least one recovery day a week. Working out every day can lead to overtraining, which increases the risk of injury and burnout. Taking at least one recovery day allows your muscles to repair, your nervous system to reset, and your body to come back stronger—making your workouts more effective in the long run.
