What should my weekly goal be?

When setting up your Fitness Profile, you selected how many times a week you would like to workout. This goal will show up on your Fitness Profile dashboard in a green box. Each workout you complete in a week will count towards this goal. Every time you reach your weekly goal, it will count towards the “Weekly Goal Streak” that is displayed at the top of your Fitness Profile Dash board.

💡The week resets on Sundays at 23:59 UTC

You can change your weekly goal from the drop down menu. Select Settings > Account then “Update workout preferences”.
