Workout overview
Heather offers a wide range of functional workouts designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support your overall fitness. The workouts span a variety of types, including strength training, HIIT, low-impact, mobility, and core-focused sessions. Workouts range from quick 5-minute finishers and stack on workouts to full length challenges.
Each workout is built to support real results, whether you're a beginner or advanced.
Workout Library
The workout library is where you can filter, sort and search the different individual workouts. You can filter workouts using the quick visual filters and/or the full filter menu to find exactly what you are looking for.
Workout Card
A workout card gives you a quick view of the type of workout, duration, and whether it is low impact, no repeats, or no equipment.
You can easily save workouts to a collection with the bookmark icon or schedule it in your calendar by selecting the calendar icon. New workouts will be added here, and you will receive a notification when a new workout is uploaded.
Select or tap on the workout card to visit the workout details page.

Workout Details Page
This page displays all of the important information about a specific workout. Here you will be able to view the description, weight recommendations, workout breakdown and any equipment required. You can also schedule a workout, save it to a collection, leave comments or share it with others.
