How do I update my workout preferences?
When you first create your account, you will be asked to create a Fitness Profile. It will walk you through all of the steps you need to customize your dashboard and set personal goals. If you want to make any changes choose settings from the drop down menus and select " update workout preferences".
Step 1: Enter your birthdate. This is not shared with other users
Step 2: Select Your Favorite Types of Workouts
Let us know what kinds of workouts you enjoy most. i.e prefer not to jump? Hit “Low impact”.
You can choose as many as you like. This helps the app learn what you like and can use it for upcoming features that will make your experience even more personalized.
Step 3: How Long Do You Usually Workout?
Here you’ll select how long you typically like your workouts to be - Options range from 10 to 60 minutes. This helps the app learn what you like and can use it for upcoming features that will make your experience even more personalized.
Step 4: How Many Times Would You Like to Workout each Week?
Choose a weekly workout goal that feels realistic for you, from 1 to 6 times per week. We recommend at least one rest day. This step helps build consistency and keeps your profile aligned with your goals. This will set your weekly goal that you see on your Fitness Profile dashboard.
Get Ready to Move!
You’ll then be taken to your dashboard to browse workouts, programs, recipes, and more.
For a personal touch, you can upload a profile photo. Select the photo icon and upload an image from the settings page.
