How do I reschedule a Program?
When you join a program you can select the days of the week that you plan to work out.
Editing or Restarting a Program
If plans change and you aren't able to start the program as expected, you can select the “Edit program” button from the program details page or home screen and adjust your start date and preferred weekly schedule.

⚠️ The start dates or preferred weekly schedule cannot be edited after any program workouts have been completed.
Rescheduling a Program Workout
After you have joined a program, if you need to reschedule any of the workouts, you can head to your calendar to make changes. Learn more about how to reschedule a workout.
Ending a Program
If you want to end a program before completion, select "Edit Program" on the Home Screen or from the Program Details Page, then select "End Program", and confirm on the next screen.
⚠️ When ending a program, any workouts that you have completed will remain in your Fitness Profile, calendar and “completed workouts”. They will continue to count toward your "workouts completed" total. The progress in the program will be reset, allowing you to start fresh the next time you join.
