How do I reschedule a Program?
When you join a program you can select the days of the week that you plan to work out.
Afterwards, if you need to reschedule any of the workouts, you can head to your fitness profile and edit them from the calendar.
If plans change and you aren't able to start the program as expected, you can select the “edit program” button from the Home Screen and adjust your start date and weekly schedule.
Once you have completed at least one workout in the program, ending or restarting the program will also reset your progress.
