How it works

1. Every time you share your referral link and someone uses it to sign up, it is tracked automatically.
2. Once they become a paying subscriber, you'll earn a 25% commission based on the transaction amount that is processed.
3. Commissions are calculated on net revenue from full-price plans and exclude fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts.
4. We use a first-touch attribution method. First touch attribution gives credit to the affiliate who started the customer journey—ie. the one who first brought someone to the app.

Create affiliate account

1. Visit our Community Affiliate Portal 
2. Create your Community Affiliate account with Rewardful
3. Confirm your email and you’ll be taken back to Rewardful
4. Enter the email address connected to your Wise account or leave it blank if you don’t have one yet.
5. Visit your Community Affiliate dashboard at any time for resources and to access your referral link.

Using your unique affiliate link

• Your unique referral link appears on your Community Affiliate dashboard
• It automatically tracks any visits, leads and commissions. You can also create additional links to track different campaigns.
• Copy and use this unique referral link to share with others. It will direct your referrals to the app, where they can create an account and start a free 7 day trial.

Tracking referrals

You can view and track referrals on your Community Affiliate dashboard 

• Visitors - someone clicks your unique link
• Leads - someone has used your link to start their free trial
• Conversions - someone has used your link to start a paid subscription

Tracking commissions

To track your commissions in Rewardful, select Commissions from the navigation menu

• Pending:
  • A referral has become a paid commission
  • Waiting for a validation period of 30 days 
  • Waiting for the minimum payout threshold of $50 to be reached
• Confirmed: Waiting for the next scheduled payout day
• Paid: Payment was sent to you

Getting paid

All affiliate payments will be sent through Wise. Wise is a payment service provider that facilitates flexible transfers of international currencies and allows you to get paid for your hard work as a Community Affiliate, no matter what country you live in.

When you get paid, you will receive an email from Wise "Heather Robertson Health & Wellness Inc. wants to send you money." Your commission total will be displayed in USD in this email. 

To receive your payment, select Enter your details

1. If you already have an active Wise account
   1. Select Login and enter your Wise account email and password
   2. Select the the account that you want to deposit your commission in
   3. Select Claim

That’s it! Your commission will be sent. You will receive an email confirmation when the transfer is complete.

2. If you do not have a Wise account
   1. Enter the email address you used to set up your Rewardful account and create a password
   2. Select your country of registration
   3. Select Continue to claim
   4. Enter and verify your phone number  
   5. Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your Wise account
   6. Check your Wise dashboard for any outstanding tasks

That’s it! Your commission will be sent. You will receive an email confirmation when the transfer is complete.
