What is the Community Affiliate Program?
The Community Affiliate Program is a way for fitness and wellness bloggers, writers, community owners, entrepreneurs, influencers, creators, and others to spread the word about the Heather Robertson app and earn financial rewards.
How do I become an affiliate?

How does the Community affiliate program work?
When you share your unique affiliate link and someone signs up for the app through that link, you earn a commission on their purchase. Every click and sale is tracked automatically through your Rewardful affiliate dashboard.
How much commission do I earn?
Earn 25% for each paid subscription member you refer. There’s no limit to how much you can earn.
*These commissions are calculated on net revenue and exclude fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts.
How will my conversions be attributed to my affiliate link?
If a user that clicks your affiliate link becomes a paying Heather Robertson App monthly or annual plan user, that qualifies for a commission.
Do you use a first-touch or last-touch attribution method?
We use a first-touch attribution method. First touch attribution gives credit to the affiliate who started the customer journey—ie. the one who first brought someone to the app.
What happens when a referral changes their plan?
Commissions are earned based on referred sales.
This means any change to the transaction amount from a referral—such as an upgrade, downgrade or refund—is accounted for in your earnings.
This way, you'll always receive accurate and fair commission payments.
What happens if a customer cancels and later re-subscribes?
If a customer cancels and later re-subscribes using your original referral link, commissions will continue. If they re-subscribe without a tracked referral (for example, after cookies expire or through a different source), the referral may not be credited.
Do I earn commission on renewals?
Yes! Commissions are paid on each successful paid renewal within a 12 month period.
Do I earn commission on discounted subscriptions?
Yes. You will receive 25% of any amount a referral successfully pays for their subscription.
*Commissions are paid on successfully processed subscription payments. If a subscription is refunded, disputed, or fails to renew, no commission will be issued for that billing period.
How long do cookies last?
Our affiliate cookies last 60 days.
That means if someone clicks your link and signs up within 60 days, the referral will be credited to you.
When do commissions become payable?
Commissions become payable after 30 days to allow for adjustments or refunds. This helps ensure accurate and finalized payouts.
What is the minimum payout amount?
The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Once your approved commissions reach this amount, they’ll be included in the next payout cycle.
How can I track my referrals?
You can create multiple links and see your stats in your dashboard by signing in to Rewardful.
When and how do I get paid?
Available payouts are processed within 30 days of successful conversion and sent via Wise.
- Payments are sent in USD only
- Non-US affiliates will can accept the USD funds through their Wise account
You’ll need to make sure your payout details are correctly set up in your Community Affiliate account.
What is Wise?
Wise is a long-established money transfer company offering secure international money transfers allowing you to easily accept payment in multiple currencies.
How do I set up my Wise account?
You can register for a Wise account through their website or app.
You will be prompted to do this once a commission payment has been sent to you.
Can I get paid through a different method?
The Community Affiliate Program can only send commission payouts in USD through a Wise account. You will need to create, verify, and maintain a valid Wise account in order to participate in the program.
Where can I find my affiliate link?
Once you’re logged into your Community Affiliate dashboard, your unique referral link will be clearly displayed. Use this link when promoting to ensure your referrals are tracked properly.
Where am I allowed to share my affiliate link?
Once you receive your personalized affiliate link, we recommend that you promote it through:
- Instagram (bio, stories, captions)
- YouTube (descriptions, pinned comments)
- TikTok
- Blogs or websites
- Email newsletters
- Private communities you manage
If you’re able to create Heather Robertson App-specific content to promote your link, even better! If you’re ever unsure about a specific platform, feel free to reach out.
Are there any promotional restrictions?
Yes–a few important ones:
- Do not make misleading or unrealistic claims
- Do not imply guaranteed results
- Do not use the brand name in paid search ads or bid on branded keywords
- Do not use spammy tactics or unsolicited DMs
- Do not share your link in the official Heather Robertson Facebook Forum
We want promotions to feel genuine, helpful, and aligned with the brand. We have the right to remove affiliates from the program at any time if we feel they are not adhering to these restrictions.
Are there any disallowed traffic sources?
- We do not allow any traffic sources that promote abusive or offensive content and material.
- We do not allow email list rental. Please don’t send emails to anyone who has not double opted-in.
- We do not allow bidding on your affiliate link on any PPC sites.
- Affiliates are not allowed to incentivize sign-ups with any kinds of rewards (e.g., sharing your reward with the person who signs up).

We do not allow use of sub-affiliate networks.
Can I promote my affiliate link through paid ads?
You may not use your affiliate link in any paid media.
This includes advertisements such as search engine ads, Facebook or Instagram ads, or anything similar that would compete or otherwise cannibalize Heather Robertson Inc.’s marketing and cause confusion for potential customers.
Can I refer myself?
Self-referrals are not allowed. The spirit of the program is to reward you for referring other people.
What terms apply to the Community Affiliate Program?
Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the Community Affiliate Program along with our Affiliate Resources and any Program Policies that we may make available to you from time to time.
Can my affiliate status be revoked?
Yes, Heather Robertson Health & Wellness Inc will monitor affiliate activity and reserves the right to revoke affiliate status at any time in its sole discretion.
Do I need to disclose that I’m an affiliate?
Yes. Please clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in line with FTC guidelines.
Example disclosures:
- “This post contains affiliate links.”
- “I earn a commission if you sign up through my link.”
This helps maintain transparency and trust.
Can I use my before & after photos or results?
You may share your own personal experience with the app, but please avoid extreme or exaggerated claims. Focus on consistency, strength, confidence, routines, and how the app fits into your real life.

To protect your privacy, we do not have access to your login details related to your Rewardful or Wise accounts. Heather Robertson Health & Wellness Inc. will never contact you asking for your banking details. If you are having troubles accessing or editing either of these accounts, please refer to their support or help documentation.
