Subscriptions

Will I keep my special pricing if I cancel?

Your Builder or Founder subscription price is locked in only while your subscription remains active. If you cancel, you can rejoin later at the regular subscription price. If you return in the future (and have not deleted your account) you will still retain your Builder/Founder badge.

Can I pause my subscription?

Not at this time. If you cancel (and have not deleted your account) you can come back anytime—your account, collections, and workout history will still be saved. When you reactivate, you’ll pick up where you left off.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Your subscription will auto-renew on your renewal date unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to renewal.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Partial or prorated refunds are not available for canceled monthly or annual subscriptions.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You can switch between Monthly ↔ Annual anytime in the app.

  1. Open the main menu (=)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Manage Billing
  4. Select Update subscription

If you upgrade/downgrade before your free trial ends, the new subscription activates and the charge (if applicable) is applied at that time.


What happens when I switch plans?

Changes to your subscription take effect based on the plan change you choose.

Monthly → Annual

  • The annual plan starts immediately
  • You are charged the full annual price
  • Any unused time from your monthly plan is automatically credited

Annual → Monthly

  • You keep access to the annual plan until your paid year ends
  • You are not charged immediately
  • Monthly billing begins on your annual renewal date
  • No credits or refunds are issued when moving from annual to monthly because your annual access continues until it expires

Billing & Payment


I have unexpected charges. Why does the amount look different?

All subscriptions are charged in USD and may be converted to your local currency depending on your location. Currency conversion is handled by Stripe. If you believe the difference is related to conversion, we recommend checking with your bank for details.


I was charged twice—what should I do?

This is most often caused by a second account being created accidentally. Double-check your account activity. Additionally, make sure to check multiple email addresses you might have used to ensure that the subscription is not linked to a secondary or forgotten account.


  1. Open the main menu (=)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Manage Billing

If you have multiple email addresses, log in with each to check if the subscription is under a different account.


How do I get a receipt?

You can access receipts and invoices in the app:

  1. Open the main menu (=)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Manage Billing
  4. Your invoice history appears below your payment details.

How do I manage my billing details?

Go to Settings → Manage Billing to update your billing details.


What methods of payment are accepted?

We currently accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


When is my next payment or renewal date?

You can view your next payment date in Settings → Subscription / Manage Billing.


How much is my payment?

You can view your upcoming payment amount in Settings → Subscription / Manage Billing.

7 Day Free Trial


Will I be charged if I cancel during the free trial?

If you cancel before your free trial ends, you will not be charged. You will still have access until the end of the trial period. We recommend you cancel at least 24 hours to ensure payment is not processed.


How do I check how many days are left in my free trial?

You can check your remaining trial time in the app under Settings → Subscription / Manage Billing.


I canceled, but I was still charged—why?

If you canceled after your renewal date / after the trial ended, the subscription may have already renewed and you would be charged for that billing period. You will still have full access until the period ends.


How do I make sure I’m not charged?

Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date (or trial end date).

Refunds & Cancellations


Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or credits for:

  • Missed or failed subscription cancellations
  • Changes of mind
  • Unused subscription time
  • Accidental purchases
  • Medical conditions

Do you offer prorated refunds if I cancel in the middle of a cycle?

No. Canceling stops future charges, but you’ll still have full access until the end of your current billing period.

Can HR support cancel my subscription for me?

No. You are responsible for managing your subscription. Any changes—including canceling, upgrading, or downgrading—must be completed by you in the app.


I want to cancel my subscription. Will I still have access?

Yes. You can cancel anytime and still have full access until the end of your current billing period.


How do I confirm my subscription is cancelled?

Go to Settings → Manage Billing in the app. If cancellation was successful, your subscription status will show "Subscription cancelled" along with the end of access date.  


Will I lose my progress, activity, achievements or data if I cancel?

No. If you decide to return, your account and workout history will still be there when you reactivate your subscription.
