Subscription options


Free seven day trial

New members receive a free seven day trial. Try it out risk free and cancel at any time.

When you signup for the first time you will be asked to select a membership option and enter payment details to start the trial period.

Once your seven day free trial is over, your subscription will automatically start and your initial payment will be processed.


Annual

Choose the Annual Subscription for the best value. This subscription is a single annual payment that will be processed at the end of your free seven day trial. It auto renews each year unless cancelled.


Monthly

Choose the monthly subscription to be billed each month, starting at the end of your free seven day trial you will be billed each month unless cancelled.

Updating your subscription

From the main menu (=) select Settings > Subscription > Manage billing


From here you can view your current plan and update your subscription - Change from monthly to yearly (or vice versa). This change will occur at your next billing date.

💡 Please note! If you change your subscription during the trial period, it will automatically end the trial and your updated subscription payment will be processed immediately

To view the remaining days in your free trial, select the main menu (=) > Settings > Subscriptions.

What happens after you cancel


If you cancel during your 7 day free trial

There will be no payment charged. You will still have access to the app until the end of the trial period.


If you cancel during your monthly subscription

You will still have access to the app for the remainder of the month, but it would not auto-renew for the next month.


If you cancel during your annual subscription

You will still have access to the app for the remainder of the year, but it would not auto-renew the next year. There would not be a reimbursement.


⚠️ You will not maintain your current subscription pricing. If you choose to join again in the future you will be offered the most current pricing.

FAQ


Will I keep my special pricing if I cancel?

Your Builder or Founder subscription price remains in place only as long as you maintain that active subscription. If you deactivate or cancel your subscription, you will be able to rejoin at the regular subscription price. You will retain your “Builder” or “Founder” badge if you return in again in the future.


Can I pause my subscription?

Pausing isn’t available right now, but if you do choose to cancel you can come back anytime. Your account , collections, and workout history are saved as long as you don’t delete your account. If you resubscribe later, you’ll pick up right where you left off.


Will I be charged if I cancel during the free trial?

If you cancel before your free trial ends, there will be no payment charged. You will still have access to the app until the end of the trial period.


How long is left in my free trial?

If you’re not sure how many days are left in your trial, you can check by opening the main menu (=) and selecting Settings > Subscriptions


What is your Refund & Cancellation Policy?

We’re here to make your journey as easy as possible. Take a moment to look over our policies for refunds and cancellations so you always know what to expect.


All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or credits for:

  • Missed or failed subscription cancellations
  • Changes of mind
  • Unused subscription time
  • Accidental purchases

How do I get a receipt?

You are able to access your receipts and invoices directly from the app.


  1. Select the main menu (=)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select the Subscription tab
  4. Select Manage billing

Your invoice history can be found below your payment details.


What methods of payment are accepted

Currently all major credit cards, GooglePay, and ApplePay are accepted for subscription payment.
