Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds or credits for:

  • Missed or failed subscription cancellations
  • Changes of mind
  • Unused subscription time
  • Accidental purchases

Managing unexpected charges

If you see a charge you weren’t expecting:

Double-check your account activity. Additionally, make sure to check multiple email addresses you might have used to ensure that the subscription is not linked to a secondary or forgotten account.

Settings → Subscription → Manage billing

If you have multiple email addresses, log in with each to check if the subscription is under a different account.

Cancellations

The HR App runs on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly). When you sign up, you agree to be billed on the same date each cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Cancellation must be done manually.

Frequently Asked Questions


I canceled, but I was still charged — why?

If you cancel after your renewal date, you’ll still be charged for that billing period, but you’ll continue to have full access until the period ends.


How do I make sure I’m not charged again?

Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.


Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

At this time, we don’t offer a pause option. If you cancel, you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing cycle. You can always resubscribe when you’re ready.


Can I switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa)?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time.

  1. Go to the main menu (=)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Manage Billing
  4. Select Update subscription


From monthly subscription → To annual subscription

  • The yearly plan starts immediately.
  • You’re charged the full yearly price.
  • Any unused time from your monthly plan is automatically credited back to you.


From annual subscription → To monthly subscription

  • You’ll continue to have access to your yearly plan until your paid year is finished.
  • You won’t be charged anything right now.
  • Your monthly billing will begin on your annual renewal date.
  • No credits or refunds are issued when moving from yearly to monthly, because the full annual period continues until it expires.

Everything updates instantly, so you always get the full value of your subscription.


What if I accidentally signed up twice?

If you created duplicate subscriptions you’ll need to cancel one of them to avoid being billed twice.


Will I lose my progress or data if I cancel?

No — if you decide to return, your account and workout history will still be there when you reactivate your subscription.


Do you offer prorated refunds if I cancel in the middle of a cycle?

No — canceling stops future charges, but you’ll still have full access until the end of your current cycle.
