Refund Policy
When you purchase your Heather Robertson app subscription you also agree to have it automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You also agree to this charge being the same as the subscription plan you selected (monthly or annual) when signing up, unless you opt for a different plan while still within your free trial period.
The information above is available to you before purchasing in:
- The terms and conditions you agree to when signing up
- The pricing options you see on our website
- The subscription plan selection page before you enter payment details
- The payment screen where you enter your payment details
- FAQs on the main website and in our support documentation
We do not issue refunds or credits for:
- Missed or failed subscription cancellations
- Changes of mind
- Unused subscription time
- Accidental purchases
Managing unexpected charges
If you see a charge you weren’t expecting:
Double-check your account activity. Additionally, make sure to check multiple email addresses you might have used to ensure that the subscription is not linked to a secondary or forgotten account.
Settings → Subscription → Manage billing
If you have multiple email addresses, log in with each to check if the subscription is under a different account.
Cancellations
We're sorry to hear you're considering cancelling your subscription.
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to be billed on the same date each cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Once you cancel, you will not be charged again, and your benefits will continue until the end of the billing cycle. You will retain access to the app from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period. Refunds are not provided for the period between when you cancel and when your subscription ends (proration).
As a member, you are responsible for managing your subscription—any changes, including canceling, upgrading, or downgrading, must be completed by you. You can manage your subscription at any time in your account settings.
- We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process in time
- Make sure you go through all of the steps in the cancellation to ensure your subscription is successfully cancelled
- Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds, or prorate remaining subscriptions
- After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the app for the entire duration of your remaining paid billing cycle
- To reactivate your subscription after it expires, you can log back into the app and choose your plan
