How to find recipes

The recipe library is where you can browse, filter, search, and sort all available recipes. Each tool helps you quickly find find exactly what you are looking for. You can use the:

  • Full filter menu
  • Quick visual filters
  • Sort options
  • Search bar

Full filter menu

Use the full filter menu to find exactly what you want. Combine filters to discover different recipes by:

  • Meal type (e.g. breakfast, dinner, snacks etc.)
  • Dietary requirements
  • Time to make

⚠️ Reset filters each time you search so you don’t accidentally hide recipes


Quick visual filters

These appear at the top of the library and let you instantly narrow down by popular categories such as:

  • Dairy Free
  • Vegan
  • High Protein
  • Quick Lunch

Sorting recipes

You can use the sort dropdown menu on its own or in combination with searching and filtering to list recipes by:

  • Newest
  • Time to make
  • Alphabetical

Use the search bar to find recipes by titles and main ingredients. Examples: “salmon", "smoothie", or "chicken"

How to view recipe details

The recipe library provides a quick view of recipe titles and preparation time. You can save a recipe to your favorite collection by selecting the bookmark icon.

Inside each recipe's details page you'll find the number of servings, ingredients, directions and nutritional information (macros).

What if I have specific dietary preferences?

You can browse the recipe library, and find the perfect recipe by filtering, sorting and searching for recipes that align with your preferences. Select any recipe for the full ingredient list. For more personalized filtering select the black filter icon to display all of the available options to help you find exactly what you are looking for.


What ingredients do I need?

Select any recipe to view full details: Each recipe gives you everything you need. If there is an ingredient you prefer not to eat, feel free to make a substitution of your choice. (Substitutions will alter the nutritional values)


Where can I find the nutritional information?

Nutritional information is found on the recipes details page and is listed per serving. Variation in product and brand choice of ingredients may alter these values slightly


Does Heather have meal plans?

What is the best diet to follow?

There’s no single ‘best’ diet for everyone - the right approach depends on your body, goals, and lifestyle. The best thing you can do is learn what fuels you best and supports your health long-term.
