What are collections?
Collections let you group content the way you like it.
- Save anything: a workout you loved, a guide you want to revisit, or a recipe you’ll cook again.
- Access your “favorites” list in one place—no searching.
- Rename or reorganize anytime as your goals evolve.
“All Saved” and “Quick Saves” collections
The app gives you two special default collections you’ll always have (they cannot be deleted)
- All Saved – Everything you’ve saved—including Quick Saves and any personalized collections.
Quick Saves – A default collection for instant saves without creating a new one.
Use those as your “catch all” spots for anytime you want to save something fast.
How to create a collection
- Select the Collections icon in the app menu.
- Hit “+ Create new collection”.
- Give it a name (e.g., “Low-impact favorites”, “Weekend workouts”, “Vegan recipes”).

Quick tips and best practices
- Use specific collection names (e.g., “20-Minute Workouts”, “No Equipment”, “Meal Prep Recipes”) so you can find them fast.
- Save content before you need it—so when life gets busy you can tap your collection and go.
- Periodically update and cleanse your collections (remove items you no longer use).
- Don’t worry about deleting items individually if you’re short on time—deleting the whole collection is faster.
- Create a “Seasonal” collections (e.g., “Summer Strength”) and delete them when you finish.
- Adding items across content types: One collection can hold workouts + recipes + guides—easy to build a theme.
