How to update your profile picture

  1. Select the main menu (=) in the top right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select the camera icon on your profile image
  4. Choose a photo from your device

    Your new profile picture will now appear beside any comments or reactions you post.

Edit your personal details

  • Go to the main menu (=) in the top right corner
  • Select Settings
  • Your first and last name can be updated and will be shown to other users only if you comment within the app.  Your first and last initial will show in your avatar if you do not have a profile photo.
  • Your birthdate can also be updated here, it is not shared with other users.
  • The email used to create your account cannot be changed within the app. Please contact support if this is required

How to change your password

  1. Go to the main menu (=) in the top right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Confirm your new password
  6. Select Update password


📝 Note: You won’t see a password update option if you logged in using Continue with Google to sign up and create your account.

How to delete your account

  1. Select the main menu in the top right corner then choose Settings
  2. Select the Delete Account button and follow the confirmation prompts.

⚠️ Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Learn how to cancel your subscription.

This action is permanent. All workout history, collections, achievements, and progress will be erased.

How to update your workout preferences

  1. Select the main menu (=) from the top right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select the Update workout preferences button

Your birthdate is not shared with other users.


Select your favorite types of workouts

Choose the workout styles you enjoy most. You can choose as many as you like. This helps the app learn what you like and can use it for upcoming features that will make your experience even more personalized.


Choose your typical workout length

Select the duration you usually prefer — from 10 to 60 minutes.

This helps the app learn what you like and can use it for upcoming features that will make your experience even more personalized.


Set your weekly workout goal

Choose a realistic weekly goal (1–6 workouts per week). This sets the weekly goal displayed on your Fitness Profile dashboard.

💡 We recommend including at least one rest day.

Frequently asked questions


Can others see my profile?

Your Fitness Profile and progress are only visible to you. Your name and profile photo are only shown when you comment or react inside the community.


How can I make my profile anonymous?

You can change your personal details; including name, birthdate and profile photo by updating your personal details.
