Logging in should be quick and seamless. This article walks through the different ways you can sign in, what to do if something isn’t working, and how to fix common issues like password resets, verification codes, or account mix-ups.

How to sign up and create your account

If this is your first time accessing the app you:

  1. Visit app.heatherrobertson.com/auth/signup
  2. Choose your signup method:

  • Email and password
    • Requires creating a password during sign-up.
    • Allows password resets from the login screen.

  • Continue with Google
    • You sign up using your Google account, you do not set an app-specific password.
    • Password resets do not work with this login method— since no password exists.
    • Use the Continue with Google button every time you login.

  1. Choose a subscription option
  2. Submit your payment information and start your free 7-day trial
  3. Complete your account onboarding (workout preferences)

How to log in and access your account

  1. Visit app.heatherrobertson.com
  2. Login using the method you chose at sign up (see above)
  3. You will remain logged in for 60 days, unless you choose to log out from the main menu in the app.

How to reset your password

If you created an account by entering your email and password, you can reset your password anytime:

  1. Go to the login screen
  2. Select Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email
  4. Select Continue
  5. Check your email for the verification code
  6. Create and confirm your new password

⚠ If you normally use Continue with Google, trying to reset your password will not work.

Troubleshooting login issues


I'm stuck on the login, plans, or payment screen

If you are seeing this screen, the most likely cause is that you are logging in with an email address that is not associated with an active subscription.


  1. Select Sign out
  2. Make sure you’re using the correct email
    • The most common issue is using an email that is entered incorrectly or not connected.
    • Try using your primary email and any secondary emails.
  3. Use the correct login method:
    • If you signed up with Google, password login will not work.
    • If you have more than one Google account, be sure you are using the correct one

Frequently asked questions


Can I change from "Continue with Google" to email login?

Not currently. If you registered using Google, you must continue logging in in that way.
