How difficult are the workouts?

The workouts are designed to be adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities. You can adjust the intensity, weight, or exercise variation based on your current strength, experience, and available equipment. Find out more about adjusting your weights in “Choosing the right weights” module which is part of Heather’s Training Foundations Guide.

The most important thing is to focus on maintaining good form. If you need alternatives, you’ll find plenty of modifications in the Form & Function Guide to help you tailor each workout to suit your needs.
