Each guide is easy-to-follow and helps you gain the knowledge and confidence you need to personalize your journey and reach your health and fitness goals
Guides Library
The Guides library is where you can view, sort or search the different guides offered. The cards give you a quick overview of the topic and number of modules.
You can quickly save guides to a collection, or select on the card for more details. New guides will be updated directly to this page, and you will receive a notification when a new one launches.
Guides Card
Each guide card provides a brief description of the guide and the number of modules included. You can also quickly save a recipe to a collection using the bookmark icon.
Guides Details Page
The details page is designed to share all the important information about a specific guide. Here you will be able to view a description and preview all of the guide modules. It is also where you can start a guide, leave comments, or share it. Download the accompanying PDF.
Guide Modules
Each module contains an informative video where Heather shares her fitness and nutrition insights with you as well as some key take-away notes. Once you have completed a module, you can mark it as complete. Save modules to a collection for quick reference
