Do I have to do the warm up and cool down?

It's always recommended to ensure your muscles are warmed up before a sesh and that you give them time to wind down afterwards. If you are already warmed up, go ahead and hit the "Skip Warm Up" button at the bottom of the player screen when you start the video.


Once the cool down starts, you can end your session - the workout will still be marked as complete.

💡Short workouts that are 15 min or less don’t have a warm up or cool down
