I can't log in
Are you receiving this error message when you try to log in?
- Be sure you have correctly typed your email address and password
- If you originally signed in using “Continue with Google”, you will need to do the same each time you log in.
- Try resetting your password:
- Select “Forgot Password”, enter the email address associated with your account and select continue
- Check your inbox for a verification code
- Once you enter the correct code, you will be able to reset your password. Be sure you enter identical passwords in both lines, and that it meets the password requirements.
- Didn’t get the verification code? Be sure you have entered your email correctly, then select “resend code”. (If you usually sign in by selecting “Continue with Google” you will not be able to reset your password in the app as this option is tied to your google account.)
⚠️ If this is your first time accessing the app, and you do not yet have a subscription or free trial access you will need to select “Sign Up” at the bottom of the log in screen.
